Training Opportunities

Training Packages

Package 1:  One on One.  You as the owner, manager, or leader might have specific goals or challenges with respect to Hospitality and Customer Service that you desire to refine.   Meet One on One with our consultant to help you craft a vision and a plan for your staff that will result in better customer care.  (Number of Hours – as determined.)  Fees:  First hour free!  $120.00 per hour via phone or in person.  If face to face then travel and expenses apply.

Package 2:  What’s Behind Your Door?  Need a fresh look through the eyes of your customer?  We offer the service to be your “special guest with a note pad.”  We secretely visit and evaluate your business/church/school through the eyes of your customer.  From the initial phone call or step through your door we will document our experience and impressions against our check-list of good Hospitality practices.  A written report is part of our feedback and a 1 hour follow-up meeting where we sit down with you, and up to two of your leadership, to review our findings.  Fees:  $600.00 for package.  Travel and expenses apply.

Package 3:  Hospitality Starts Here!  This workshop with your staff is an introduction, overview and opportunity to begin to build team, sharpen people skills and create a work environment that nurtures a culture of Hospitality.  This includes a personalized written hand-out and experiential learning along with instructional content delivered by our consultant.  Content includes:  Building a Culture of Hospitality, Building Staff Community, and Focus on Customer Service.  (Two 1-hour sessions)  Fees:  $695.00 for the entire workshop.  Maximum 15 people.  Additional people add $10.00 per person up to maximum of 30 people.  Travel and expenses apply.

Package 4:  Hospitality – Embrace the Culture!  Not only does this workshop training include all the aspects of Hospitality Starts Here but also digs deeper in each of these areas and offers Self-Discovery, understanding the strengths of your team members.   (Four – 1 hour sessions; book included with on-line survey pre-event.)  Fees:  $1400.00 for the entire workshop.  Maximum 15 people.  Additional people add $20.00 per person up to maximum of 30 people.  Travel and expenses apply.

Package 5:  Hospitality:  Twice is Nice.  Two training sessions; two different times.  The basis of these trainings are from Hospitality – Embrace the Culture along with additional specific experiential learning opportunities exactly fit to broaden your culture of Hospitality.  (Two – 2.5 hour sessions at 2 different scheduled times seperated by minimum of 1 month; maximum 3 month; book included with on-line survey pre-event.)  Fees:  $1120.00 for entire workshop.  Maximum 15 people.  Additional people add $20.00 per person up to maximum of 30 people.  Travel and expenses apply.

Package 6:  Discovering the Culture of Hospitality – A Day Away! Why not invest in your staff by taking them away!   We will work with you to design an experience that will take your staff to the next level.  By getting them out of the office and into a learning environment we will strengthen your Culture of Hospitality and build team in the process.  Program and fees based on program details and the number of participants.   Let’s talk!
